What do you think a “decision” is ⁉️

The act of deciding. Or to be more precise, it is making judgment based on data, insight, rules and calculations.

⭕It is not Data
⭕It is not Insights
⭕It is not Action, Process, Workflow
⭕It is not Machine Learning, LLMs and Agentic AI

More importantly…

💥Neither of above 👆is going to help you to make a better decision.

How do you make a better decision?

🟣 Recognize a decision for what it is
🟣 Define it explicitly
🟣 Communicate it with clarity
🟣 Make it executable rather than doodling!
🟣 Make it transparent (auditable, explainable, traceable etc.)
🟣 Create a decision journal i.e. capture decision with its context (inputs, circumstances and etc.)
