💡The insight to action can be address only by applying Decision Intelligence that models decisions explicitly.

The gap of insight-to-action can be closed by narrowing down into individual workflows and modeling decisions to make the transition based on decision models.

The only way to make this work is to narrow down.

By narrowing down, we will have hundreds or even thousands of workflows and therefore, many siloed decisions working for individual workflows.

💥But as a consequence, we now have hundreds or thousands of isolated decisions that don’t know about each other’s outcomes; they don't have the full context, so they cannot know their influences on each other.

This will create a disconnected decisioning experience.

To address these issues, we need to look at their continuum, which is where the ✨Continuous Decision Model comes into play.

The Continuous Decision model (CMD) solves the problem of siloed decisions at scale.

✔️ It ensures decisions are optimized for the moment without losing the sight of overall goals
✔️ It ensures past decisions and future decisions are aligned to yield the best outcome.
✔️ It determines what the best decision is at any point in time, so they don't conflict.
✔️ It optimizes and tracks how decisions influence each other so journey is optimized.

Optimize, adapt and deliver relevant business outcomes.
