🛑 STOP thinking decision governance is ONLY a conceptual framework.
It is not.
Decision governance is a practical and operational platform.
Because regulators are not asking for theory.
They are asking:
• Can you show the decision that produced this outcome?
• What information did it use?
• What logic did it apply?
• What action did it authorize?
• Who or what executed it?
That cannot be answered by a data platform.
It cannot be answered by an AI model.
It needs to govern 4 layers:
1️⃣ Decisions: The explicit model of what is decided and how.
2️⃣ Context: The governed, decision-ready information used before execution.
3️⃣ Actions: The admissibility boundary that determines what action is valid right now.
4️⃣ Agents: The continuum of humans, systems, and AI agents operating across time.
🚩Miss one layer, and the governance is incomplete.
This is why decision governance platform must be part of your business operation.
Not bolted on after the outcome.
No gaps.
