Operational business decisions have five levels of maturity :
🔹L0 Invisible: Decisions are hidden → knowledge is lost.
🔹L1 Visible: Decisions are known but scattered → unmanaged.
🔹L2 Modeled: Decisions are defined → but hard to change and inconsistent.
🔹L3 Automated: Decisions are consistent and reusable → but not optimized or measured.
🔹L4 Optimized: Decisions are continuously improved → measured, adaptive, and outcome-driven.
🚀Organization leaders should aspire to reach the L3 (Automated) and L4 level (Optimized) of maturity for their business decisions so that they can adapt to change Quickly, produce Accurate and Consistent outcomes, and be Transparent (Quick ACT Decisions).
