💥 Prediction, forecasting, optimization, classification are not decisions.

All powerful. All useful. But let's not confuse them with decisions.

They give you inputs. They inform you.
But a decision is where it comes together.

A decision asks:
🔹 What action do we take?
🔹 What rules, context, and objectives matter right now?
🔹 How do we balance cost, risk, compliance, and customer outcomes?

You can predict churn, forecast demand, optimize a route, or classify a transaction.
None of this answer the real questions:
✔️ What should we do?
✔️ How should we do it?
✔️ Why should we do it?

✨ That's the job of a decision.

Until you put decisions at the center, you're not driving the business.
You're just building fancy algorithms, creating more data, and collecting outputs.

🚀 The gap is the “decision model”. Decision Intelligence starts with modeling decisions.
