🔸Data teams govern quality, lineage, data access
🔸AI teams govern models, accuracy, performance, and explainability, RAG
🔸Risk and compliance teams govern policy, oversight, logs
🔸IT governs admissible action, and execution boundaries, authorization
But no one governs outcomes.
