🛑 Let's stop creating an artificial split for actions.
Observe.
Orient.
Decide.
Act.
That is the decision cycle. And each stage can span across time.
It also often is stateful and long-running.
💥Actions are part of the decision cycle.
No action execution → No organization change.
No execution is outside decision governance.
It is part of it.
A decision is not fully governed just because the logic was modeled well.
It is only governed when it can move into action without losing integrity.
💡Action related requirements include:
– Authority at decision execution
– Context and State construction
– Admissibility under live conditions
– Action authorization and control
Decisions and Actions are separate concerns. But they are governed as part of the #DecisionGovernance.
💣Because if you separate actions from a decision-cycle, it's a vulnerability and risk exposure at scale. #AIGovernance
