How do we put the Decision Intelligence in practice for organizations' core operations❓

One of the core values of “Decision Intelligence” is to enable teams and leaders to put “Intelligence” into processes, systems, and applications for making decisions. While this is an exciting promise, the hype in the #ai world makes everyone try to use some form of #algorithms #machinelearning #llms and push it for specific use cases they see fit.

✨More often than not, these use cases involve making decisions, and many of the #ai techniques that are used are inappropriate for decision-making scenarios in many enterprises. Especially in industries such as #financialservices #mabking #insurance #health and #government.

💢Most of the time, teams start with the best technology they know (or the hottest approach in the town) and try them here and there. Then, they work backward to make it safe, responsible, transparent, compliant, and unbiased by data-driven thinking and approach! However, this approach has not worked (at least so far) for the last God knows how many years!

💡I'm proposing something very different. I'd call Decision Intelligence Architecture to avoid all the issues, challenges, and problems of using the right hashtag#ai for making and executing hashtag#decisions in organizations.

The Decision Intelligence Architecture defines five layers of Intelligence that need to be placed in the enterprise. One is a prerequisite for the next, so you cannot skip it.

🚀Decision Intelligence Architecture, in combination with the Decision-Centric Approach®, enables enterprises to adopt the Decision Intelligence (DI) framework in a practical manner and leverage the Open Decision Intelligence Platform (DIP) to implement hashtag#ai for decision-making with Quick ACT outcomes when:
– adapting to changing environments should be “Quick”
– producing “Accurate” and “Consistent” results is a must
– the “Transparent” outcomes are to be expected

Let me introduce you to the Decision Intelligence Architecture and I will explain the details tomorrow…
