💣Decisioning > NBA

NBA is not a box. It's an outcome.
When you put decisions at the center of marketing and services operations, NBA shows up naturally at each touchpoint.

💡NBA is the front-office face of operational decisioning.
* Back-office decisioning enforces policies and validity.
* Front-office decisioning maximizes value in the moment.

💥Without decision modeling, NBA turns into tangled scores, rules, and data. That's why you start with the decision, not the data.

Business decision is an endeavor to find an answer to a business question.

Here is the question you need the answer…

✨Which proposition (i.e., action) should we choose for “this” customer now, given the context and their behaviors?

To find that answer…

Model the front-office decision that explains why the specific action is the best for a touch point.

How?

1️⃣ Define input semantics and metrics to measure.
2️⃣ Model eligibility decisions by rules (channels, contract policies, products etc.)
3️⃣ Apply policy and regulatory rules
4️⃣ Rank the best options using the AI and what you know about that customer
5️⃣ Expose the decision via long-running, stateful and event-driven orchestration.
6️⃣ Capture outcomes, feedback and learn

That's how you avoid spaghetti. That's how you scale.

NBA isn't the hero. Decisioning is.

🚀 Get the decision right, and NBA becomes the obvious emergent property of the decision outcomes.
