💥 Decision governance for Agentic AI is bigger than human approval and action control.

Agentic AI is used to automate has flaw in decision making. Decisions they make are:
â• Hidden
â• Implicit
â• Inconsistent

Hence we push them to humans.

But pushing every decision to a human-in-the-loop model creates several problems:

• It creates human bottlenecks.
• It creates noise and inconsistency through manual decisions.
• It creates compliance risks because of noses and inconsistencies
• It breaks the ROI of Agentic AI.

Human review is not governance.

It is one governance pattern.

The real governance question is:

🔸Are decisions visible?

🔸Do we have an explicit decision model to straight-through it instead of assigning it to a human?

🔸Is this action allowed in this context, for this decision, right now? (Admissibllity)

That is governed autonomy.

Visible, explicit and executable decision models over HITL.

HITL is for ✨exceptions if decisions are visible, explicit and produce accurate, consistent and transparent outcomes.

💣 The #DecisionGovernance enables end-to-end automation without noise, human bottlenecks, and inconsistencies in regulated industries.
