💣 Decision Governance cannot just specify and observe decisions.
It must orchestrate Decide and Act.
Because governance without runtime control is incomplete.
💥 At runtime, Decision Governance must enforce and control:
• the context available
• who or what can decide
• which policies apply
• what decision capability can execute
• what actions are allowed
• who or what can act
• what happens next
The runtime boundary is:
👉 Context → Decide → Act
Decision Governance must control that boundary through orchestration.
For humans.
For systems.
For AI agents.
🚀 That is how Decision Governance becomes operational so MUST:
• Specify.
• Execute.
• Enforce.
• Orchestrate.
