🚩One of the biggest challenges (even enemy) of Decision Intelligence is itself!

The term “Decision Intelligence” or DI is fancy and open to any interpretation. I just want to go on record here and clear this out!

❌DI is not about #data, #BI or #dashboard
❌DI is not about #MachineLearning or algorithm
❌DI is not about #optimizations or #businessrules
❌DI is not about #Process or #Workflow

In fact, Decision Intelligence (or DI for short) is about two things: the (1) “Decision” and then (2) “Intelligence”.

How is that any different?

Well…

1️⃣ The “decision” is short for “business decision”. The explicit models that specify and depict holistic view of business decisions in an organization.

2️⃣ When it is about “intelligence” we are not (necessarily) talking about general intelligence, emotional intelligence, creativity and etc. More often, it is the type of intelligence helping enterprise organizations to operate in a dynamic and regulated environment and produce quick, accurate, consistent, transparent outcomes (Quick ACT™)

What can you do with DI?

🔹 Streamline business operations across many industries such as #insurance #banking #government #financialservices #logistics #supplychain to increase efficiencies and operational capacity without increase in resources
🔹 Provide 1:1 engagement to clients and prospects by optimizing their options and choices toward the goal they want to achieve. Mass personalization for by providing exactly what they need and when they need it.
🔹 Confidently put AI to work in decision-making scenarios with CompositeAI and orchestration by combining multiple techniques such as business rules, machine learning data and LLMs
