It happens because:
• The environment changes
• The context changes
• The incentives change
• The organization changes
• The customers insight and behavior changes

💡And decisions, by nature, sit in the middle of all that motion.

Rules drift when they stay rigid and static
AI Agents/LLMs drifts when it adapts without governance.

Different mechanisms. Same outcome.

Without “decision governance”, decisions drift away from business intent.
