✨Start capturing operational domain knowledge explicitly.

💣There is no substitute for explicitly capturing business rules. No LLMs RAG MachineLearning KnowledgeGraph or any other technology for that matter can eliminate the need for it.

As Ronald Ross says, Business rules are criterion used to:
* Guide conduct or actions
* Shape judgments of behavior
* Make decisions

Having the above definition in mind, you would understand why the business rules are critical knowledge of business operations.

What's the next step after capturing them?

🚀Organize them for execution to make decisions (based on the formal definition) in a consistent and explainable manner.

Execution of them should not rely on codifying business rules into processes and systems. So as they change you can keep them updated.

This suddenly opens a whole lot of opportunities to automate and enforce the centralized managed business rules across different systems and processes.

Because the requirements of business rules are diverse, there are several criteria you need to look at.
