Position: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated individual based in our Melbourne office to drive the new business opportunities in a “Sales Executive” role. This newly created role will offer rewarding development and growth opportunities for a highly motivated and passionate individual.
As the Sales Executive, you will own all sales opportunities and be responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales pipeline.

You will need to demonstrate credibility in the following areas:
- Excellent sales, communication, presentation and people skills cultivated throughout successful experience selling B2B Software Solutions
- Comfortable in engaging in value-added interactions with senior business and tech executives
- Passionate about software solutions and solving Technical and Business problems for customers.
- Experience in handling complex selling situations and processes.
- Ability to understand customer’s business issues and needs
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain and nurture relationships
- Great in presentation – ability to build and present slides deck based on prospect’s needs
What you will be doing:
- Achieving stellar sales results
- Developing sales plans for each opportunity from open to close
- Contributing to the development of our solution and service offering to clients and market needs
- Set high standards for articulation and presentation of key messages to C-level executives
- Build trusted, long standing relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers e.g. Solution Architect, Software Architect, Technical Lead, CTO, CIO, etc.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations
- Work with the pre-sales team to win new accounts and set long term growth strategy.
- Develops a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years of on or above quota achievement selling B2B software
- Experience at least in one of the leading sales methodologies e.g.: Challenger, SPIN, GAP, Solution Selling etc.
- A flexible approach to hours
- Proven ability to combine technology and services to provide innovative solutions to client business problems
- Excellent time management, presentation, negotiation and communication skills with excellent attention to details
- Excellent customer management skills
- Experience in using screen-sharing application e.g. Zoom, WebEx, Skype for Business
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Experience in working with CRM e.g. HubSpot and ensuring it is updated
